SOUTH SOMERSETS ONLY DEDICATED ARTISTIC GYM CENTRE

Orchard Gymnastics,
South Somersets largest Gymnastics Club and only dedicated full time artistic gymnastics facility,
offering classes in pre school gymnastics, general gymnastics, male & female artistic, trampolining, freestyle and adult gymnastics.

Orchard Gymnastics is registered with British Gymnastics, South West Amateur Gymnastics Association,
South Somerset District Council and The Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership. All coaches are 'British Gymnastics' qualified with enhanced CRB clearance.

Orchard Gymnastics works in conjunction with South Somerset District Council & South East Somerset School Sports Partnership to deliver a programme of curriculm time and after schools classes to schools throughout Yeovil.

Coaching programmes are devised and overseen by Orchard Gymnastics
Coaching Director Barry Phelan, a former Commonwealth finalist and GB Team Gym Coach.

       'Rolling Rascals' Pre School Gymnastics'

    Structured & unstructured gymnastics & movement classes for children from walking to school age. Programmes designed to encourage fundamental basics including agility, balance and co-ordinaion skills using bars, beams, vault, pommels and purpose built pre school equipment under the guidance of
'British Gymnastics qualified Pre School Coaches.

  'General Gymnastics Classes'

For boys and girls of school age the chance to learn basic gymnastics skills on all the familiar artistic gymnastics pieces of apparatus including sprung floor, beam, bars, vault, parallel bars, pommels etc. Structured classes supervised by 'British Gymnastics' qualified coaches in a safe and fun environment.


'Trampolining'

Classes for school aged boys and girls to adults, learn basic trampolining skills on a competition size 'goliath' trampoline complete with safety end decks. Classes are structured and coached
by 'British Gymnastics' qualified Trampolining Coaches.

'Freestyle Gymnastics'

Gymnastics newest discipline, based upon parkour,
freerunning and urban gymnastics
taught in a safe environment under the guidance of
'British Gymnastics' qualified 'freestyle gymnastics' coaches.

'Adult Gymnastics & Trampolining '

Ever wondered just how difficult it is? Or fancied getting back in to it after a few years away?
A relaxed class encouraging you to work at your own level under no pressure! Learn basic or more advanced skills on apparatus or the trampoline in a relaxed and sociable environment
under the guidance of 'British Gymnastics' qualified coaches.
