General Gymnastics Classes

General gymnastics classes are avaliable for boys and girls aged 4 years (at school!) upwards. Classes last for one hour and children will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills on Floor, Vault, Beam, Bars, P Bars, Mushroom and Trampette. Basic balance, strength and co-ordination activities are also covered which will prove benefitial in the development of all sporting activities.

Gymnasts have the opportunity to work towards 'British Gymnastics' badge and certificate proficiency awards.

Gymnasts showing potential shall have the chance to progress into 2 hour 'select' classes and competition squads.

All classes are one hour long.

Cost £4.40 per class payable half termly.
